What they are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser to remember information. They do not harm your device and cannot extract information from it.
Which ones we use
Necessary cookies (cannot be disabled): they allow the site and the booking engine to work (keeping your date selection, your booking in progress, your language).
Analytics and advertising cookies: they tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they view and from where, and let us measure our advertising, in an aggregated way. We use Google Analytics (managed with Google Tag Manager) and the Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram). See Google's policies and Meta's.
Your consent and your region: we apply Google's consent model (Consent Mode). If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll see a notice to accept or reject these cookies, and no analytics or advertising runs until you choose. From the rest of the world (including Colombia) these cookies are on by default; you can turn them off anytime in Your preferences or in your browser.
Third-party cookies: if social media content is embedded, those platforms may set their own cookies. Check their policies:
- Instagram/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/
- YouTube: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/cookie-policy
How to disable them
You can refuse or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you refuse them, the site keeps working, but some features (such as the booking engine) may be limited.
